Our classes are categorized according to LEVEL OF INTENSITY & PHYSICAL DEMAND.
All classes are open to all levels of experience, including absolute beginners.
L = Level of Intensity/ Physical demand
L1=Low Intensity/Low Physical demand (no standing, no wrist stress, great for seniors, beginners, injuries, illness, stress)
L2= Medium Intensity/Medium Physical demand (a well-rounded balance of active and gentle/restorative practices)
L3 = High Intensity/Physical Demand (Raise your heart rate, increase strength and stamina, sweat, stand on your hands and more. Beginners are welcome, but encouraged to honor their limits and HAVE FUN!)
